Science Transfer Workflow
1. Initial Consultation

We clarify your research content, target groups and transfer goals, and determine which formats (teaching materials, workshops, media, dissemination) are best suited for your project.
2. Analysis & Structuring

We review your research documents and develop a clear didactic structure for the science transfer — tailored to target groups, intended impact and the funding context.
3. Co-Creation Meeting

We present first ideas and material concepts and refine them together until it is clear which educational or dissemination components will be implemented.
4. Concept Sketch & Funding Readiness

We create a concise concept sketch that shows how your research is translated into concrete materials or formats — ideal for internal coordination or integration into funding proposals.
5. Development & Production

We develop your materials or media components — scientifically grounded, didactically optimised and tailored to your target groups.
6. Delivery & Implementation

You receive all materials ready for use, including guidelines and optional support for dissemination and outreach.
How you benefit from us
Successfully submit joint applications
We actively support you in the application and implementation of your science transfer projects. Together with you, we develop convincing project proposals to efficiently secure funding and make optimum use of resources. Benefit from our experience in applying for third-party funding and maximize your chances of success with funding projects.
We get involved in approved projects
We get involved in projects that have already been approved and take care of knowledge transfer for you. We create tailor-made training courses and present your content in a targeted and effective manner. Our knowledge transfer is flexible and adapts perfectly to your needs.
Let's develop sustainable educational programs together and bring science transfer to life.
How we work

Knowledge transfer to reduce bycatch
The CIBBRINA project aims to minimize bycatch of endangered and protected species in the North Sea, Baltic Sea and Mediterranean. The part of the scientific transfer was put out to tender and we applied with our evaluated concept of research boxes. Our task is now to develop two different projects, each for two different age groups. We are currently translating the research boxes into various languages in order to disseminate them in different European countries. This collaboration helps to promote sustainable fishing practices and improve the protection of marine ecosystems.

6 research boxes funded by the DBU
As part of a project funded by the German Federal Office for Natural Resources and Life Sciences (DBU), we submitted a successful application together with the Hannover University of Veterinary Medicine Foundation and developed six research kits within five months. These project pieces serve as practical teaching materials for students and have already been used in workshops at public institutions. One of the six research kits is on the topic of conservation options for otters, for grades 5 to 7. The teaching materials for this research kit have already been downloaded 200 times.
